With our apartments you have found more than just an accommodation. We are not just saying that – we mean it. With an extensive all-round service, we take care of all the little details that make your holiday wonderful.

BREAKFAST BOXES:

At our apartments you can order fresh breakfast boxes for every taste daily. We offer the following options:

INFORMATION

You can choose the following hot drinks with every breakfast:

  • 2 Nesspresso capsules
  • 2 types of tea (herbal, fruit or black tea)
  • cocoa
     

Additionally:

  • porrige € 3,50 per portion
  • fruit salad € 4,00 per portion

FRESH BREAD DELIVERY:

We recommend our fresh bread delivery service to start into your day conveniently and recharged. Bread and pastries of your choice can be ordered via our app by 6:00 p.m. on the previous evening. Your order will delivered by 7:30 a.m. to your apartment door.

PARKING SPACE:

Our guests park in front of our house free of charge. Please not that there are only two parking spaces per apartment. Please save space when parking. Thank you!

INTERNET:

In our Soelden Lounge we offer free WiFi throughout the house.

WELLNESS:

Our spa area on the third floor is open daily between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and free of charge (exception: closed on Saturdays during the main season). Moreover, you can rent a spa bag with two bathrobes duration of your stay.

HOLIDAYS WITH DOG:

In principle, dogs are allowed at our apartments – but not in all of them. Therefore we ask you to make your request in advance.

Price for dogs: € 15,00 per day

LAUNDRY AND LINEN CHANGE & CLEANING SERVICE:

Towels and linen are available at your apartment. The towels are changed once per week. You can also book an in-between cleaning service. The price depends on the size of your apartment and costs between €20 and €50. Should you wish to enjoy this service, please let us know four days before your arrival, so that we can plan it accordingly.

BUS STOP:

During the winter months the ski bus stops right at our doorstep in the mornings (4x) and it will bring you to the Gaislachkogelbahn lift free of charge. More information on the schedule is available at our reception. In our ski storage room you find also a bus schedule.

EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN:

We gladly provide cot beds and high chairs.

SKI AND BIKE RENTAL IN SÖLDEN:

We are partners with Sport4you. The sports shop is located in the centre of Sölden and offers an exclusive pick-up  service. This means: You will be picked up at your apartment free of charge to rent your equipment in the shop.

COURSES, TICKETS & CO

Currently we do not offer a ticket service or our own sports courses. But we will gladly arrange your contact to snow sports and bike schools and will let you know where you can book skiing and mountain biking courses in Sölden.

Good to Know - General Information:

DEPOSIT: 30%

Please note that your booking  is only binding upon receipt of the deposit in the amount of 30% of the price. The deposit must be paid at the time of the booking. Please transfer the remaining amount until two weeks before arrival. Alternatively you can also pay in the house by EC or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD).

CHECK-IN: FROM 4:00 p.m.

In principle, check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. Would you like to make the most of your arrival day and arrive earlier? You can store your luggage at ours and also change your clothes if required. This way you can make the most of your arrival day!

CHECK-OUT: BY 9:30 a.m.

Please leave your apartment without rubbish and orderly by 9:30 a.m. Would you like to make the most of your last day and depart later? You can gladly store your luggage at ours and also take a shower in our spa lounge to 2:30 p.m. Please inquire for a possible late check-out from your apartment.

LATE CHECK-OUT: BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT

You would like to stay a little longer? We can understand that. Our regular check-out is by 9:30 a.m. Depending on the availability, we also offer the possibility of a lie-in – at a surcharge. Please note that the price for a late check-out depends on the number of beds in your apartment.

PAYMENT:

We kindly ask you to pay your bill on your arrival day or one day before your departure in cash, by bank or credit card. If you arrive late or depart early, the whole package price is charged.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

Of course we hope that you will be able to make your holidays. But we also know that unexpected things can always happen, which is why we recommend taking out an travel cancellation insurance.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

Summer 2024

  • Room cancellations are only valid in writing
  • There are no cancellation fees up to 1 month (30 days) before the start of your holiday.
  • From 1 month (30 days) to 14 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 40% of the total holiday price.
  • From 14 days to 7 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the total holiday price.
  • From 7 days to 1 day before the start of the holiday, we charge 90% of the total holiday price.
  • In case of no show or on the day of arrival, we charge the total price.

 

Winter 2024

  • Room cancellations are only valid in writing
  • There are no cancellation fees up to 2 month (60 days) before the start of your holiday.
  • From 2 month (60 days) to 1 month (30 days) before the start of the holiday, we charge 40% of the total holiday price.
  • From 1 month (30 days) to 14 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the total holiday price.
  • From 14 days to 1 day before the start of the holiday, we charge 90% of the total holiday price.
  • In case of no show or on the day of arrival, we charge the total price.
